Hoyo Sake × Caviar Pairing Dinner with Kei Uchigasaki (3 May 2025)

Join us for an evening with Kei Uchigasaki, the 16th-generation descendant of Sakuemon Uchigasaki, who founded Uchigasaki Brewing Company in 1661. Kei is also the toji, or brewmaster, and his London visit coincides with the end of the 2024–25 sake-making season. Enjoy the brewery’s gracious, balanced Hoyo sakes with chef Jurek Wasio’s creations featuring top-class Antonius Caviar.
