Evernight is excited to present the second event in its “Meet the Brewer” series with Tamagawa (Kinoshita Brewing Company) and World Sake Imports on the 21st of August. Evernight will also be celebrating its 2nd anniversary!
Masayo from World Sake Imports, along with Philip Harper, Toji (master brewer) of Tamagawa, will be presenting some extraordinary sakes that evening. Philip is UK-born and the first non-Japanese Toji in Japan.
We will be coming up with an amazing set menu to accompany the drinks that night. Stay tuned for the menu! There will be a sake-pairing option along with “by the glass” or bottle to choose from. Don’t miss this opportunity to taste limited-release sake and meet brewer Philip Harper in person. (Unfortunately, we are not be able to accommodate dietary and allergy restrictions for this event).
