Our next sake tasting will take place at Dinings SW3 on Thursday 13th of July, from 6:30 pm–7:30 pm. For this event, we will be opening and tasting “nama” sakes, also known as unpasteurised sakes. There will be a mix of daiginjo, ginjo and speciality sakes, alongside a menu of snacks created to complement the flavour profiles of each label.
