HIS Japan Premium presents Nama Sake Tasting (26 March 2022)

We invite you to join an early tasting of nama (unpasteurized) sake at HIS Japan Premium on Saturday, 26 March. This fresh-pressed sake used to be available only to those living near a brewery, but today with refrigeration we can enjoy them in the UK as well.

The tasting features Masumi “Arabashiri” (First Run), Dewazakura “Namagenshu” (Primal Strength) and Akitabare “Shunsetsu” (Spring Snow). Please join us for this special tasting, and see why many sake aficionados declare “fresh is best!”
