Moshi Moshi was the first to bring conveyor belt sushi to the UK when they opened their doors in July 1994 at Liverpool Street station. To mark this milestone, they’re hosting a series of events that reflect the changes in Japanese food over the last 25 years.
On 1st August, Guest chef Pavel Kanja will prepare a 9-course vegan feast from local providers Clean Bean, the organic tofu maker; Clearspring, the UK’s leading brand in natural, organic Japanese food products; and Namayasai vegetables from Sussex. Join us for an evening celebrating the cuisine of Japan. Each course is served with an artisan sake from one of Japan’s leading brewers, with pairings by World Sake Imports.
