Miyasaka family’s dining table × WSI UK (20 November 2020)

Our next IGTV is a collaboration with “The Miyasaka Family Table,” produced by Kumi Miyasaka. The Miyasaka Sake Brewery, founded in 1662, is known for its discovery of legendary yeast No. 7. The brewery’s president, Naotaka Miyasaka, and his wife Kumi-san will be joining us to talk about our freshly arrived seasonal sake Masumi Hiyaoroshi! Naotaka-san will explain all about Hiayaoroshi and Kumi-san will prepare delicious dishes for pairing with this lovely fall sake.
