On World Sake Day, the first of Pantechnicon’s regular Sake Supper Club series will explore the sake of Gunma, a Japanese prefecture known for its natural beauty, snow-capped mountains, hot springs and fantastic craft sake. During the evening, four sakes from the region will be paired with delicious food by Sachi head chef Colin Hudston.
